The lanai is absolutely amazing and offers a beautiful scene of the golf course and One Direction next to the mountains and ocean in the opposite. The service was super fast and the room was very large.

Hotel was clean and nice. Nice location. Biggest reason I removed a star because the hotel staff could not keep upstairs people quiet after having a kid running around and jumping until 1am. We called every night for 3 nights in a row and it didn't seem to matter. My biggest tip for this hotel is get a upper floor or pray no kids are above you that stay up until past 1am.

The Bay Club has been one of our favorite properties in the HGVC portfolio for years. The rooms overlooking the golf course are great, they have propane grills in sets of 2 which are well cared for every morning. They have 3 pools including one with a slide for the kiddos. Also there is a small but well furnished gym which we try to use most days. Very important is that the parking is free for registered guests which is a big thing consider the outrageous parking fees charged at the Hilton hotel.

Enjoyed our stay in a one bedroom unit. 3 pools and a hot tub, tennis/pickle ball and activities scheduled daily. Limited food/drinks on site, but plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Parking directly outside the unit.

I had never stayed at the bay club before. I love that they had free parking for our vehicles. In the larger units there was also covered parking if that was of interest. But it's very tight because there are two units in upper and lower. Though it fits two vehicles getting in and out of your car, or out of the parking spot isn't as easy. There's a few pools particularly they have a kids pool that's very large for children. It's about a foot and a half deep or so. There's little miniature golf course. Just open grass with a few holes just to go for fun with the kids. There's multiple different resorts on this larger resort property. You don't have access to anything on their properties. Down at the main hotel village there is a museum walk that has a lot of Asian art and statuary which is really interesting. There's the the shoreline walk which is nice and walks you around the whole property. There's a little open area Bay attached to the ocean. So you can go and splash around in there. They've got rentals for different types of water vehicles like kayak, large petal, tricycles, flotation rings for a family of three or five, etc. But if you go snorkeling down in there there is a little bit of fish. It is calm. No waves at all and sometimes you get to see stingrays or sea turtles as well. There's a nice little shopping area with various jewelry or knick-knack and art stores. There's also a little convenience grocery store to get many quick needed items. They do a farmers market. I think it's every Thursday. There's also other activities going on around each day. Local on this property and at the shopping center

This was our second stay, and we returned because we truly loved our first visit. The resort itself is still excellent — clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bedding, and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that makes it easy to relax. However, compared to our previous stay, the front desk experience felt noticeably less friendly and professional. Check-in took about 20 minutes with no communication about the delay. My name was linked to the wrong reservation even after presenting my driver’s license, and there was no explanation or apology. Another staff member stepped in, but the interaction felt tense rather than helpful. When explaining the city tax and $250 deposit, the receptionist used his personal cellphone to calculate the total to pre-charge my card, which felt unprofessional and raised concerns about accuracy. Checkout had similar issues — slow, unclear, and again requiring staff assistance. I was told my receipt would be emailed, but I never received it. One smaller but unexpected note: we requested combs and were told the resort does not provide them, which was surprising for a hotel in this category. Overall, the resort and room quality remain strong, but the front desk service did not match the level of our previous stay. Hopefully, with better training and clearer processes, the guest experience can return to the standard that originally made us want to come back.

The resort is lovely, however we had one of the units facing the parking lot. The landscaping needs to be higher for privacy. They are out every morning dressing the landscaping. Just wished for more privacy, but overall a nice resort.
